Head of Growth


The Head of Growth will play a critical role in driving BigPay's user acquisition and engagement. It’s a critical role that looks at our customers’ end-to-end lifecycle journeys and seeks to understand their behaviours - from first app download to power usage. It sits between CRM, performance marketing, consumer insights and business analysis - ensuring that BigPay becomes and remains the preferred choice in all markets. The function requires ongoing collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation, from product to operations, customer experience, data science, and wider marketing disciplines. The Head of Growth is responsible for looking at product insights and user behaviours to improve the conversion rate of our acquisition funnel, long-term user engagement, retention and transaction volume - finding new and data-driven ways to strengthen our brand and accelerate our business growth. About the job

  • Drive and monitor user acquisition and retention for BigPay across all markets
  • Grow and improve performance across paid (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads) and owned media (CRM, social, blog…) channels through optimization efforts, oversee daily execution across our portfolio of channels and regularly develop and implement new creative ideas
  • Work closely with the Data Science, Product and Tech teams to improve and transform the marketing acquisition and attribution measurement process as well as to generate actionable insights that will drive our entire business strategy

System-Network Engineer (Malaysia)


We're hiring a motivated and capable Network/System engineer to sit alongside our team in Kuala Lumpur. About the job Our products are relied upon by users all over the world to provide a seamless and effective service wherever and whenever they need it. Software artefacts are provided by our development teams.

  • Be primarily responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, monitoring, and managing the long-term life-cycle of all installed systems and infrastructure. Examples of such systems include, but are not limited to, server hardware and software, storage area networks, virtual server environments, data backup systems, Ethernet networks including wired and wireless, and phone systems. Disputes Analyst


Disputes analysts play a critical role and must be highly detail oriented. Analysts must ensure that disputes representments and documentation sent to payment processors on behalf of our clients are complete and without error. Analysts are expected to work efficiently to meet goals, cross train in other areas of the business, and provide exceptional support to our clients. About the job

  • Undertaking the investigation and analysis of cardholder disputed transactions.
  • Identifying possible chargeback or compliance failures and respond to dispute cases as appropriate in a timely manner to meet prescribed timeframes.
  • Monitoring and acting on agreed chargeback processes through to completion.
  • Analysing and respond to incoming chargebacks.
  • Maintaining appropriate system notes for audit and quality control.
  • Liaising with merchants & other business functions to effectively investigate disputes.
  • Regular and accurate update of management information.
  • User acceptance and pavement testing of chargebacks/ representments for new programs.
  • Ad-hoc investigations and project work as required Input into ongoing process improvements.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of numerous operating systems (i.e. banking, credit/debit processing system, fraud monitoring software, web and PC software applications, etc) and industry regulations (i.e. MasterCard, VISA, compliance and legal entities, etc).
  • Process and perform adjustments for customer disputes using internal systems. The process requires ongoing analysis, review and understanding of rules as set forth by the card associations and regulators.
  • Review reports for possible fraudulent activity and proactively contact customers and management regarding suspicious activity to minimize losses and customer impact. Complete incident reports in accordance with internal procedures and current regulations.
  • Perform security-related functions including: restricting accounts, retrieving support documentation, replacing accounts, monitoring/transferring account activity, reviewing customer correspondence and reporting activity to card associations.
  • Keep current on local and international industry fraud trends and notify management and personnel as deemed necessary.
  • Keep current on MasterCard/VISA and Processor rules and procedures.
  • Perform back up, assist in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Finance Manager


About the job

  • Full spectrum of accounting and financial reporting in compliance with relevant applicable accounting and taxation standards, Companies Act, Central Bank, statutory law as well as any other relevant reporting requirements.
  • This includes the preparation/review of management accounts, consolidation, financial analysis, submissions to BNM, MAS etc and other regulatory reporting requirements, quarterly & annual statutory financial statements, budget and any other accounting and finance related work in a timely, complete and accurate manner.

About the job - Serve as principal advisor to CEO and management team on all issues associated with lending strategies and credit risk management. - Report directly to the Head of Lending management and built a team of Unsecured Lending credit analysts to closely monitor Unsecured Portfolios performance and implement actions to optimize risk-reward outcome. - To design and implement unsecured portfolio management strategies that will enable business across the unsecured portfolio to control lending risk, deliver sustainable growth and meet customer needs. - Responsible for providing analysis and insight into portfolio performance and its impact on Impairment and wider business performance. - Identify and pursue opportunities that mitigate loss (e.g. line decrease) and support business growth (e.g. line increase). - Strategically set guidelines and policy relating to the accurate and timely servicing of the loan portfolio. - Lead efforts with lending management to develop and implement appropriate lending products and services - Developing, monitor and optimize utilization of various credit decision tools such as Credit Scorecards, Segmentation Models, Credit Bureau, Decision Engine etc. for credit assessment, portfolio actions and safeguard portfolio quality to ensure an optimal risk/reward. - Ensure overall safety and soundness of loan portfolio, with the ability to identify and develop long term strategies that will include initiatives such as portfolio mix, growth strategies, and market penetration objectives - Develop and implement systems, risk controls and policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements, institution policies and risk tolerances - Monitor economic & industry developments as well as financial parameters of clients to detect potential risk triggers or signs of stress & taking appropriate steps to mitigate risks. - Coordinate with Credit Bureau to oversee and manage the end-to-end bureau process such as data contribution, regular bureau scrub, data integrity check, validation on effectiveness of bureau attributes / scores - Recruit, train, coach and develop staffs to build bench-strength of the team to drive best-in-class Risk Management.
